ok so this morning i finally decided to go and get smiths amazing cereal deal and use some coupons that expire sun. not a totally planned trip more last min! this is what i came away with, and i am really excited! more because i got cereal that i know my mom loves (since she is comming out to help with baby in a week!) but one that i don't care about and it cost me next to nothing! i know i am soo thoughtful! ;)
19 boxes of various kellogs cereal
9 dental flosses
5 pkgs carefree pantyliners
5 degree deoderant
5 suave deoderant
5 4 packs noxzema razors
10 knorr pastas
1 cofee creamer - for hot chocolate that is!!!
1 yoplait yogurt
apx retail value of all items - $106.29 + tx
with coupons and price matching - $ 34.84 + tx
MINUS $10 rebate for cereal - $28.84!!!!!!!! + tx
*OH!! and on the cereal a lot of them have codes in them to redeem for free prizes with kellogs cars2 promotion, so we are gonna get $15 in vouchers for consessions at the movies, or a soccer ball? BONUS!
when all is said and done that is only $0.44 per item! not bad for a quick spur of the moment trip!

couponing adventure
this is so weird! i haven't blogged in like FOREVER!!! i really miss it actually! but since our little point and shoot camera broke i haven't wanted to blog because i didn't have any pics... LAME! so here is the first blog of hopefully many and they probably won't have any pics! and i decided that is O. K. !
SO here is the list of items i bought on tues with my double coupons. just an fyi, not all walmarts will "price match" coupons. the ones in utah county do only because we have a ridleys near by that does double coupons on tues. some of you have asked what "double" coupons are. what that means is if you have a coupon that is $.49 or LESS the coupon value will double. $.50 and MORE will double to $1. but no more then a dollar, so a $.75 coupon will go to $1.
